Rogal Confectionery was founded by Paweł Mieszała, a highly respected master pastry chef whose skill, experience and passion became an important part of Poznań's culinary heritage. Today, the business remains in the hands of the Mieszała family, with the next generation proudly continuing the standards of quality and craftsmanship he established.

The rogale are baked fresh every day in an on-site bakery that occupies around one third of the premises. They feature rich filling and crisp, flaky pastry, staying true to the tradition of certified St. Martin's croissants. Visitors can take them away or enjoy them in the café with a freshly brewed coffee. Elegant gift boxes are also available, making the croissants a perfect souvenir from Poznań or a thoughtful gift.

The Mieszała family also runs several other venues. In the same row of colourful merchant houses, in the building closest to the Town Hall, you will find Bajka Café, another family-run project.

Other well-known spots in the city centre include Kociak Café on Święty Marcin Street and the famous mushroom roll tram on Półwiejska Street.
