Holders of the Poznań City Card are entitled, among other things, to:

  • free use of public transportation in Poznań and Poznań County,
  • discounts at restaurants,
  • free admission to most of Poznań's museums,

The Card's price depends on the Package. The Poznań City Card comes in three options: 24-, 48- and 72-hours and in the  normal and discounted package with transportation or without.

Terms and conditions of use of the Poznań City Card:

  • The Card may not be used by third parties and it is valid together with an ID.
  • The Card is valid for holder only (as signed on front). The Card is valid only after first and last name and date of first use have been filled in.
  • The Card comes with a guide booklet, which includes information on available attractions, discounts and free admission. You can only use a given attraction once; upon entry to the attraction, you should produce your Card and submit a proper coupon provided on the last pages of the guide booklet. The coupons are not valid if the Card has been lost or stolen.
  • When used as pass on public transportation, the Card is valid until 12:00 midnight on the last day on which the Card is valid (1, 2 or 3 days).
  • The period of validity begins to run on the date stated on the Card. In case of using the Card outside of Poznań, the Card is valid one day past the date shown on it.
  • When used as pass on public transportation, the Card is valid in buses and trams serviced by the City Transport Company in Poznań (ZTM) in A, B, C and D zones (a detailed list of lines operated by the City Transport Company in Poznań).

 

Entitled to purchase of Poznań Tourist Card at a reduced price are:
 

 

a. including public transport
- children from the age of 7 (from 1st of October of the year in which the child turns seven) until the age of 18
- children from the age of 7 (from 1st of October of the year in which the child turns seven) until the age of 23, attending schools located in Poznań and towns covered by inter-municipal agreements with a valid school ID
- secondary school graduates, who are not residents of the City of Poznań, or towns covered by inter-municipal agreements by 30th of September of the year in which they graduated with a valid school ID card
- Polish students with a valid student ID
- Polish seniors with a valid pensioner card
- disabled persons with a valid certificate of disability or a valid identity card of a disabled person
 
 b. without public transport
 - children from the age of 7 (year of birth) until the age of 18
 - children from the age of 7 (year of birth) until the age of 23, with a valid school ID
 - Polish and foreign students with student ID
 - Polish seniors with pensioner card; persons over the age of 65
 - disabled persons with a valid certificate of disability or a valid identity card of a disabled person
 
We do not recommend purchasing the Card for children under 7 years of age - in most museums (in the branches of the National Museum, the Greater Poland Independence Museum and the Archaeological Museum) admission for children under 7 years of age is free. Public transport is similarly free (until September 30 of the year in which they turn 7 years old).
 
Seniors over the age of 70. (valid ID card stating age), both Polish and foreign, are entitled to travel with public transport at no cost.
