Seafood plays a prominent role in the menu, featuring dishes such as Humboldt squid steak, seafood pasta, and mussels sourced from trusted Italian and Dutch farms, always served at peak freshness.

The menu is complemented by carefully selected meat dishes, including premium steaks, slow-braised beef cheeks in demi-glace sauce, duck, and classic beef tenderloin tartare. Pasta and risotto are offered in several variations, alongside pizza that naturally completes the southern European character of the kitchen.
