Farmer & sons (Skórzewo)

A defining feature of Kasprzak’s cooking is his mastery of deeply flavored stocks and rich, concentrated sauces. These long-cooked broths and carefully built sauces are a signature element of his cuisine, giving the dishes depth, structure and a distinctive, memorable character. They connect the menu into a coherent whole and reflect a style based on patience, technique and an uncompromising focus on flavor.
The restaurant is complemented by a small delicatessen section offering takeaway dishes, allowing guests to enjoy Farmer & Sons cuisine at home. The interior is bright, spacious and thoughtfully designed, with attention to detail that creates a comfortable setting for everyday dining as well as longer, relaxed meetings around the table.
Jakub Kasprzak has represented Poland several times in the prestigious Bocuse d'Or, widely regarded as the most important culinary competition in the world. He is also involved in the nearby NARE Sushi Skórzewo project, created and led by Monika Kasprzak – head chef and his wife – where he is responsible for the hot kitchen. NARE Sushi Skórzewo holds a recommendation from the Michelin Guide. Both restaurants are located just a short walk apart and offer guests the convenience of a large, free parking area.
