Yes Butcher! Shop & Bistro is a new addition to Poznań’s City Park, expanding the concept that has earned strong recognition in Warsaw. Opened in November, the restaurant is overseen by Mikołaj Walenciak, a well-liked and highly skilled chef known for his expertise in premium meat.

The menu features a wide selection of steaks from various regions, along with Iberico pork, lamb rack, Bluefin tuna steak and BBQ ribs. Starters include pâté en croûte, beef tartare, tuna tartare, Złotniki pork aspic, French-style black pudding and octopus served on potato babka. Guests can also choose cuts from the butcher counter and have them prepared to order.

Dishes are delivered directly to the table by the chefs, who enjoy explaining the ingredients, cuts and preparations. The restaurant follows a clear reservation policy listed on its website, including SMS confirmation, a 15-minute table-hold time, the need for punctuality and sanitary restrictions that do not allow animals inside. Larger bookings are subject to a service charge.
