House of Hot Pot & BBQ brings the Asian idea of shared cooking to Poznań, based on a mix of top-quality imported and local ingredients. Guests can choose from four broths – two of them vegetarian – to cook their ingredients in, while also using the built-in table BBQ grills. Both methods can be enjoyed at the same time, letting you create your own flavour combinations. The restaurant operates on a “one price experience”: you pick one of three pricing tiers and have 2.5 hours to enjoy food and time together at the table.
A wide selection of fresh add-ons and sauces is displayed at the counter, while the main products – meats, seafood, vegetables and other premium ingredients – are served from the kitchen and can be reordered without limit. Everything is fresh, fragrant and carefully chosen to turn the meal into a culinary adventure.
The venue has two dining rooms with tables for 2, 4, 6 or even 8 people, offering almost 90 seats in total. The interiors are modern, comfortable and designed to encourage longer shared meals. A quirky highlight is the robot waiter, which on birthdays can surprise guests with a sparkler fountain and a sung greeting, adding an extra touch of fun to the experience.
