SPOT.

The SPOT restaurant, known for its wide range of wines, serves simple, modern cuisine. The offer includes Polish wines and world wine classics. It is worth paying attention to the beautiful garden behind the restaurant. SPOT. received the BIB GOURMAND distinction of the MICHELIN GUIDE 2025.

The menu at SPOT. is rooted in Polish cuisine with European influences. Head Chef Jakub Hamankiewicz honed his skills in France, working for several years in acclaimed restaurants, including Michelin-starred establishments. At SPOT., he creates original dishes based on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. The menu features a wide range of inventive and flavorful plant-based options.

The restaurant offers a carefully curated wine selection along with professional sommelier service. In the garden, herbs and grapevines are cultivated on-site, emphasizing the restaurant’s close relationship with nature and its commitment to terroir.

Guests can enjoy one of the most beautiful green gardens in the city—perhaps the most beautiful. It's a space where meals can be savored outdoors, a glass of wine can be enjoyed in peace, and intimate open-air events can be hosted.

SPOT. is also a venue for various events, including conferences, lectures, workshops, wine presentations, and competitions. It has played a significant role in the development of Polish winemaking, hosting many key initiatives such as wine festivals and contests.

In 2025, the restaurant was once again awarded the Bib Gourmand distinction by the Michelin Guide, recognizing its high culinary standards and excellent value for money.

Located in a former power station, the interior retains its original brick and industrial character, which complements the minimalist culinary style. SPOT. is valued not only for its cuisine but also for its distinctive atmosphere. A large, paid parking area is available in front of the restaurant.
