SPOT.

Spot is a modern, multifunctional space. It hosts popular culinary workshops, art openings, meetings and conferences. At the heart of SPOT is a restaurant that is well-known among Poznań residents. Behind the building is a large, green garden, ideal for outdoor events. The restaurant has received a MICHELIN GUIDE 2023 recommendation.


The restaurant puts the spotlight on the gathering. People spending time with each other, coming together through workshops, lectures or a meal are at the focus of SPOT. The menu seems to have been constructed with the tastes of regular guests, regulars of wine presentations and workshops in mind. Equally important here is the wine. The restaurant organises many highly regarded themed panels, competitions, lectures and wine presentations. It would be hard to find a Polish winemaker who hasn't been to SPOT or hasn't heard of it.


The menu features European dishes with touches of oriental cuisine. Simple, minimalist compositions go well with the austere interior of what was once a power station. The brick building looks interesting, not least because an effort has been made to preserve its original form. SPOT is the winner of many culinary awards. It is the ideal place for lunch, dinner for two or a meeting over wine.
