Rytm Natury
Rytm Natury is a restaurant located at Matejki 6 in Poznań, operating since December 2025. Built around the “from field to table” philosophy, it offers house-baked bread and dishes created in harmony with seasonality and the natural rhythm of ingredients.
Rytm Natury is a place where the story of food begins long before it reaches the kitchen. The restaurant works with its own vegetables and grains, following a short and natural path from cultivation to the plate. The menu is concise yet cohesive, featuring meat dishes, vegetables, fish and seafood, along with several vegetarian options.
Mornings invite guests to enjoy breakfasts scented with house-baked bread, prepared daily by the kitchen team. Lunches and dinners follow the rhythm of nature, with a choice between à la carte selections and a carefully composed five-course tasting menu, also available with wine pairing. Desserts complete the experience and reflect the same attention to detail as the rest of the menu.
The kitchen is led by Dawid Drgas, previously associated for many years with the Poznań restaurant Bazar. The interior supports the philosophy as well – table tops made from an old barn and menus presented as personal letters add a storytelling layer. Rytm Natury offers a calm dining experience shaped by seasons, ingredients and authenticity.
