Fromażeria

Poznan's Fromażeria is reportedly the first restaurant in the country to serve its guests predominantly cheese. They are accompanied by carefully selected liquors and accompaniments to emphasise the uniqueness of each type. The cheeses are served in combination with wines, beers and as an ingredient of the tasting menu. They can also be found as an ingredient in starters and main courses, which can be ordered separately. If you don't have time to visit, pop in for a cheese set and a bottle of wine to take away.
