The “Flavours of Poznań County” is an innovative initiative that highlights the culinary richness of the region. Created in 2021, this trail connects tradition with contemporary trends by promoting places where high-quality food and culinary passion go hand in hand. It encompasses restaurants, cafes, agritourism farms, food producers, and culinary event organizers.

The trail draws inspiration from five sources: manor house cuisine, bourgeois cooking, peasant traditions, post-war resettlement cultures, and modern culinary innovations. It’s a celebration of both heritage and creativity.

The trail is open to restaurants, hotels, farms, food makers, and culinary event hosts from Poznań County. Applications are reviewed by the Trail’s Chapter, chaired by the County Governor, Jan Grabkowski.
