The Time (Młyńska 12)
Młyńska 12 is an ornate middle-class tenement house. It has been beautifully restored and is considered an example of spectacular renovation. Młyńska 12 has become a symbol of elegance. The heart of the complex is The Time restaurant, serving Polish and European cuisine. The restaurant has been recommended by the MICHELIN GUIDE 2023 and 2024.
Młyńska 12 is an ornate bourgeois townhouse. It has been beautifully restored and since the completion of its restoration has been cited as an example of effective and stylish renovation. At the heart of the complex is The Time restaurant, awarded a distinction by MICEHLIN GUIDE 2023 and 2024. Chef Dawid Łagowski offers guests dishes of Polish and European cuisine based on local products.
The Młyńska 12 project is very complex and is not limited to one restaurant. It is also a wine bar " Wino na kieliszki", a breakfast restaurant "Młyńska Cafe" and a cocktail bar "Twelve" located on the rooftop of the building. There is also a cigar lounge, a wine shop, a whisky room and a small culinary studio, available for private bookings.
The dishes served at The Time, perfectly paired with wines, are Polish cuisine with European touches. The refined presentation of the plates is an eye-pleasing accompaniment to the sophisticated compositions. The restaurant boasts a substantial wine collection. Wines are available in the restaurant and in the wine shop. The restaurant's breakfast offer was given a distinct identity and in June 2019, a space dedicated to breakfast was created under the name of the Młyńska Cafe, today operating as an independent gastronomic brand. The separate breakfast venue is maintained in the style of a French boulangerie. It serves breakfasts, savoury and sweet pastries and cold and hot drinks. It is open from 7:00 am.
A parking space is difficult to find here. We recommend taking public transport to Plac Cyryla Ratajskiego stop or a taxi.
