At the heart of the project is chef and co-owner Paweł Salamon, recognized as one of the most experienced and inventive culinary talents of his generation. His career spans years of work in prestigious restaurants, national and international accolades, and a commitment to mentoring young chefs.

Outside, a summer courtyard features a large mural, and there are future plans to open an in-house bakery.
