Rogal pastry shop is run by Paweł Mieszała, a multiple award-winning and well-recognized pastry chef with significant professional experience. Croissants are baked daily in the workshop, which makes up about one third of the venue’s space. They have a rich filling and crispy dough, just as certified croissants should. They can be bought to go or eaten inside. Freshly brewed coffee is a perfect match for them. Customers may also choose special boxes that work well as a Poznań souvenir or a gift for loved ones.
Paweł Mieszała and his sons run several other venues. In the same row of colorful merchant houses, in the building closest to the Town Hall, there is the “Bajka” café — another project of this family.
In the city center there are also other well-known spots, such as the Kociak café on Święty Marcin Street and the tram on Półwiejska Street that has been turned into a snack bar serving mushroom rolls.
