Promenade in Kórnik
Lake of attractions: walking and cycling route with the Nobel Prize winner's bench
This promenade, running along the Kórnickie Lake from Kórnik to Bnin, is a great trail for walkers and bikers. On your way, you will encounter many attractions: a pier with a sightseeing deck, a colourful fountain, a stone star chart, the curious bench of Wisława Szymborska (a poet, Nobel prize winner, born in Kórnik), surprising art installations, outdoor sculptures and cosy cafes. From the wharf by the promenade, you can take a boat ride on the lake.
