Ave is a brand-new spot in Poznań’s Jeżyce district, born from resilience and a love of food. Its founder, chef Przemysław Niedźwiecki, was the heart behind the beloved “Święty” – a restaurant lost in a tragic fire in 2024. Now, a few doors down, he returns with Ave: a place where schnitzels take center stage. Classic, vegan, and surprising versions of this comfort dish are served alongside legendary breakfasts, lunches, and seasonal bites. Designed by Moosh Design Studio, the interior mixes wood, glass, and steel with a signature splash of lemon yellow – a nod to freshness and flavor. Ave means “hello” in Latin – and that’s what this place is: a warm welcome back. Opening this July at Kraszewskiego 17.
