1st Floor Restaurant, situated on the first floor of the Andersia Hotel (ANDERSIA HOTEL & SPA POZNAN), invites guests to explore a refined approach to modern cuisine. At the end of 2025, the role of head chef was taken over by the respected and well-established chef Jan Nawrocki, known for his creativity, precision, and dedication to culinary quality.

In January 2026, the restaurant will present the first fully author-designed menu by Jan Nawrocki. The dishes will be based on top-quality ingredients, seasonality, and thoughtful flavor compositions. Guests can expect a blend of Polish and international inspirations presented in a contemporary style, with careful attention to detail and product-driven cooking.
