The Highlight: The Keys to the City
The Highlight: The Keys to the City
The most anticipated and symbolic moment of the celebration is the handing over of the keys to the city from the Mayor of Poznań to St. Martin himself. This unique ceremony will take place on the main stage by Adam Mickiewicz Park at 1:30 PM. It will be preceded by the traditional St. Martin's Parade, which arrives at 1:00 PM.

Attractions will fill the entire day. In the open courtyard in front of the ZAMEK Culture Centre, you can feel like St. Martin by trying on his robes, while the high-flying performers of the "Teatr Z Głową w Chmurach" (Theatre With Head in the Clouds) soar overhead.
The main stage by Adam Mickiewicz Park will be buzzing with life. The program includes a performance of the legend of the St. Martin's Croissant and numerous concerts. Performers include Kubeus (a 12-year-old rapper with a positive message), Torpedo, Cinnamon Gum, and Krzysztof Antkowiak. The star of the evening will be Małgorzata Ostrowska.
There will also be plenty for families. The Atrium at CK ZAMEK will host workshops where participants can try their hand at confectionery and decorate their own St. Martin's Croissants.
