KUNST

The KUNST Restaurant is an ambitious culinary project that debuted in February 2025. It is located in the heart of the Market Square, in the Arsenal building, where the former Meskalina used to be. This modern venue with an open kitchen offers a tasting menu in two variants—six and nine courses. The dishes are based on local ingredients and draw inspiration from Polish culinary traditions. The restaurant describes its menu as modern Polish cuisine. A meat-free option is available, and with prior reservations, even a gluten-free version can be provided! The selected menu can be complemented with a dedicated wine pairing.

The menu was created by head chef Damian Wróbel and his team. First impressions? A perfect 10 out of 10! A friendly and attentive team, a great atmosphere, and excellent food elevate the gastronomic appeal of the Old Market Square.

KUNST also serves breakfast—or rather, a single breakfast option. There is only one choice, prepared in the open kitchen right in front of the guest.
