Gusto Restaurant
The Gusto Restaurant menu has two faces. One is Polish cuisine and the other is Southern cuisine. Regional dishes include herring, dumplings, broth, sour rye soup, duck pork chop and pork shank. Among the flavors of the south, we recommend seafood, especially octopus and squid.
The restaurant is run by chef Dawid Łagowski. Dawid runs two restaurants in Poznań - Ilonn Gusto and The Time at 12 Młyńska Street. The Time was awarded by the Michelin Guide inspectors in 2024, which is clear proof of the chef's extraordinary talents. Dawid Łagowski's dishes are characterized by simplicity, distinct taste and a perfect balance of ingredients. A visit to each of the mentioned restaurants is a real feast for the senses.
In the summer season, the restaurant also invites you to its outdoor garden. On cold days, guests can use the winter garden.
