Concordia Taste
Concordia Taste embraced Polish regional dishes in the spring of 2023. Chef Adam Adamczak has always emphasized his fascination with Polish traditions, which became the foundation of the project. The team was joined by Jacek Kulza, who brought a passion for Polish wines, along with knowledge and experience that charmed the guests. Today, Concordia Taste boasts a menu of over 200 Polish wines, regular meetings with Polish winemakers, and an excellent understanding of the characteristics of Polish wines. It’s not an easy topic, but it turned out to be a perfect hit. The collaboration between Adam and Jacek resulted in perfect pairings that have redefined Polish signature cuisine. The icing on the cake was the restaurant's renovation. Concordia is now slightly smaller, cozy, and intimate. Larger gatherings can still be organized in the event spaces upstairs.
