16 Poznań Restaurants Featured in the Michelin Guide 2025

Poznań and its surrounding areas have once again been recognized by the inspectors of the renowned red guide. The latest edition of the Michelin Guide 2025 includes 16 restaurants from the region—15 located in Poznań itself and one from the nearby town of Skórzewo.

The highest distinction remains the Michelin Star, which has been awarded for the third consecutive year to Muga. This accolade confirms the restaurant’s consistently high culinary standards and its established reputation on the Polish gastronomic scene.

Three Poznań restaurants—Fromażeria, TU., and SPOT.—have once again received the Bib Gourmand distinction, granted to establishments offering exceptionally tasty food at moderate prices. This year, POSTO, located in the Jeżyce district, joined their ranks.

Two new restaurants also made their debut in this year’s selection. One is the aforementioned POSTO, housed in a historic Bamberg farmhouse on Kościelna Street. The second is NARE Sushi in Skórzewo—the first restaurant from the Poznań district to be included in the guide, signaling a possible expansion of Michelin inspectors’ attention beyond the city limits.

The list of Polish restaurants featured in the Michelin Guide was published on June 10, 2025. Poznań first appeared in the guide in 2023, becoming the third Polish city to be reviewed after Warsaw and Kraków. Gdańsk was added in 2024, followed by Wrocław this year.

Being listed in the Michelin Guide is not only a prestigious honor for a restaurant but also a real opportunity for increased visibility and interest among tourists. Restaurants featured in the guide often become culinary destinations for visitors from both Poland and abroad. The publication plays a significant role in the development of the local food scene and tourism market.

All Michelin distinctions are awarded through a strictly confidential process. The anonymous assessments by Michelin inspectors follow a tradition dating back to the early 20th century, when the first guide was created to assist French motorists in finding places to visit and dine.
