On May 31 at Concordia Taste (Zwierzyniecka 3, Poznań), a tasting evening will inaugurate the 2nd edition of “POZNAJ Polish Wine Festival”. Guests will sample interpretations of Polish culinary history prepared by renowned chefs, each dish paired with wines from leading domestic wineries.
The main part of the festival falls on June 1, when Concordia Design will transform into a vibrant market space. During the “Polish Wine Celebration” you’ll find:
-
Tastings with winemakers and chefs – an opportunity for conversations and comparisons of favourite labels.
-
Expert stage – panels featuring bloggers, restaurateurs and wine producers.
-
Exhibitor booths – from Winnica Katarzyna to Piwnice Antoniego, plus cider, gin and whisky makers (Pfeiffer’s Cider, Jonston Gin, Gala Gin, Whisky Embassy/Forest Gin, Bon Ton).
-
Polish cuisine, workshops, live music and a children’s area.
Admission to Targi Rozmaitości—the summer edition of Rzemiosło at Concordia Design—is free. It’s a great chance to browse local crafts and make unique purchases.
A full-day ticket for the Polish Wine Celebration costs PLN 69 and includes:
-
a commemorative tasting glass,
-
3 tasting vouchers for exhibitors,
-
a festival pin and gifts from partners,
-
afterparty at the restaurant,
