From Poznań’s perspective, this year’s gala carried particular importance. For years, Greater Poland’s culinary scene has been steadily building its reputation by combining a modern approach to cuisine with respect for local products, tradition, and seasonality. The results of Michelin Guide Poland 2026 provide further confirmation of the growing strength of the region’s gastronomic landscape.
During the gala, Michelin Stars, Bib Gourmand distinctions, recommendations, and special awards were announced. The ceremony was streamed live through the official Michelin Guide channels.
An important upcoming event for Poznan will also be the regional Michelin 2026 plaque ceremony, scheduled for June 24. The event will honour restaurants from the Greater Poland, West Pomeranian, and Lubusz voivodeships.
